I've been addicted to mala dishes lately. I will crave for this once every few days - there's something about mala that makes me salivate. Yum! I was in Zhuhai for a golfing vacation over the last few days but as there were too much good food in China, we couldn't find the stomach space to accommodate another meal. So since I'm back home in Singapore, I decided to cook this dish after work to satisfy my craving. This is a very easy version because I used the premixed mala sauce available from our supermarkets in Singapore. I believe you can find similar ones from your Asian supermarkets. This dish is very very simple. Just add what you like as ingredients, add the premixed mala sauce and voila, your meal is ready.
